This wine is 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot, both sourced from the well known Colchagua valley. The wine has been aged for six months in new and used American oak. Deep ruby red colour, very appealing. The nose is packed with layers of caramel, cinnamon, candy and hints of mint, with a prevalence of fruit over oak. A spicy, full-flavored wine, with good body, fruit and firm friendly tannins. Full body in mid palate and pleasant finish. Well recommended for pairing it with a piece of soft red meats, some pastas or as wine by the glass. D.O. Colchagua Valley.

Vinified with clean must separating three different lots using three different strains of selected yeasts: D\47, Montrachet and native. 70% of this wine was barrel fermented and aged in French oak for 12 months and the other 30% was fermented in Stainless Steel tanks., 30% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. Grapes sourced from Casablanca Valley. The wine remains in its original cask for one year using a monthly batonage to enhance buttery flavours and complexity which emphasizes the union of refined flavors of tropical fruit and aromas. Full bodied and creamy in the mid palate and very complex. The 1998 vintage selected as "WORLD CHAMPION CHARDONNAY"
by SLOW FOOD of Italy, after a tasting in 26 cities around the world, monitored live by BBC-TV in London.

Beautiful and delicate ruby red color. Intense and elegant nose with predominance of strawberries and flowery hints that all together makes this Pinot Noir a very lively, harmonious and generous wine. In the palate is clean, well balanced, with soft rounded tannins and a good level of acidity. The wine is lengthy in the mouth showing a well integrated and balanced oak. Due to the very intense microbiologic control this wine is very lightly filtered, what makes the aromas and color very expressive of Pinot Noir.
